Peter Kozodoy is the award-winning author of Honest to Greatness, an Inc. 5000 serial entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and business coach who works with organizations and their leaders to help them overcome self-limiting bullsh*t and use honesty to achieve greatness. His articles on leadership and entrepreneurship have appeared in Forbes, Inc., HuffPost, PR Daily, and more.
Along with fellow Quantum founder Chris Bartlett, Peter founded GEM Advertising in 2008 and grew it into a multimillion-dollar, multinational marketing agency that was featured twice on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America. While at GEM, they worked with organizations including Berkshire Hathaway, Yale, Avangrid, and other regional, national, and international companies.
He is a long-time member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization and has served on the boards of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement in Connecticut. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in economics from Brandeis University in Boston, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Ryan joined Quantum Digital Assets in 2021 and serves as its Chief Investment Officer overseeing the design, development, and implementation of all trading services and offerings. He is responsible for both conceptualizing and executing the systematized logic that drives Quantum’s ability to create opportunity in the tumultuous cryptocurrency markets.
Prior to Quantum, Ryan managed investment portfolios for nearly a decade at Boston-based Strategic Capital Allocation Group, a multibillion-dollar systematic investment boutique, where he played an instrumental role in the firm’s investment and asset allocation research, due diligence, and commercialization of the business. Before that, he worked in foreign exchange, commodities, and associated derivatives investment modeling, as well as asset allocation product development, for Bloomberg L.P. in New York.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Global Business Management from Babson College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School with research in statistical modeling, value investing, and fintech. He is a CFA charter holder.
Aaron Mednick is a cryptocurrency and algorithmic trading expert who has been at the forefront of decentralized finance and emerging crypto technologies since 2010. He developed the original flagship algorithm upon which Quantum has grown its multitude of service offerings. Through his unique perspective and skillset, he has brought together a team of professionals all dedicated to providing best-in-class service for clients worldwide.
Aaron started his entrepreneurial career by building and running a successful online consignment store. Then, during his time at the University of Connecticut, he served as the Vice President of CEO Collegiate Inc., an organization that designs and prototypes products that lead to entrepreneurial ventures. He has also led teams in the construction and healthcare sectors. As an early adopter to DeFi and crypto, he then pivoted into day-trading stocks and cryptocurrencies using various strategies, indicators, and algorithms, which led him to starting Quantum Digital Assets.
Aaron guides the primary vision for Quantum and carries out its mission of shaping both the crypto industry and the new era of global finance.

Chris Bartlett is the 2009 Connecticut Small Business Person of the Year and a serial entrepreneur having founded companies in marketing, retail, e-commerce and facility management. In 2013, Chris was published in the Great Poets Across America publication, the cornerstone of National Poetry Month, among other publications to date. In 2011 he was selected as a New Media Pioneer by Google.
After a career as a professional figure skater with Disney On Ice, he founded his first company out of his parents’ basement in 1993 and grew it into an international retail brand. As an expert in figure skating products and services, he has served as the Chief Technician at numerous US National and World Figure Skating Championships.

Kim Petry is a CPA, MBA and seasoned Senior Executive with extensive proven success in increasing profit margins, solid financial management, business leadership, pricing, system and process design and strategic partnering with the board of directors, legal, compliance, regulators and business leaders.
Currently Kim is a Chief Financial Officer at Quantum Digital Assets. Her prior role was EVP and CFO at Paxos, a high growth Fintech, Blockchain and Digital Currency Company, where she built and led a global finance team and the human resources organization. Prior to Paxos, she held various senior roles including CFO at Broadridge, CFO,Global Corporate Card with American Express where she led a team of over 150 finance professionals globally, supporting a business with over $4 billion in revenue and stopped pricing erosion and increased revenue. At American Express, she also served as Global Corporate Controller for Charge Card and Small Business Services.
Prior to American Express, she was Vice President of Corporate Finance, Planning and Analysis and Business Finance and Analysis with TIAA-CREF where she led over 140 professionals domestically and was responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, long-term planning, new product development, accounting, Board interaction, mergers and acquisitions. Kim developed and led a $400 million cost reduction initiative and built the Individual Client Services Division. Earlier in her career, she served as Managing Director of Finance at US Trust Corporation/Schwab Corporation and Audit Senior Manager in Financial Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kim earned her MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University and graduated first in her class with a BA in Accounting from Adelphi University. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Over her career Kim has won several awards for her expertise in finance and leadership including the YWCA Woman Achiever of the Year, Association of Professional Women – Woman of the Year, AICPA Accounting Award and the NYSSCPA Achievement Award.
Tyler J. Harttraft focuses his practice on protecting the business interests of clients in various industries, providing efficient legal strategies for complex issues related to corporate governance, FinTech and digital asset regulations, and intellectual property matters.
Tyler regularly counsels global and U.S.-based clients on regulatory and compliance requirements for cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain technology and digital assets, offering clarity in navigating complex federal regulations enforced by FinCEN, the SEC, and the CFTC, and overlapping state laws and regulations. Tyler also advises entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and fund managers on regulatory frameworks applicable to crowdfunding and private securities offerings, private investment funds, investment companies, private equity fund sponsors, broker-dealers, money services businesses.
